• Adobe ConnectNow or GoToMeeting for webinars and screen sharing
• Community Zero for interactive group collaboration
• Survey Monkey for online surveys
• Google Documents for editing documents or spreadsheets simultaneously in virtual teams
• Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack to open Office 2007 file formats (e.g., docx, xlsx, pptx) in older versions of Microsoft Office
• FileZilla FTP client for accessing file transfer protocol (FTP) servers
• Marbek secure FTP server for transferring large files
